We study the critical behavior of random walks on a percolation cluster at the percolation threshold. In particular, we estimate the fractal dimension and the correction exponent of the rms displacement of random walks. We also study the scaling relation of the probability density function of the rms displacements. We study the critical behavior of the rms displacements on a percolation cluster at percolation threshold. In particular, we consider two ensemble averages of random walks, i.e., the infinite-cluster (IC) average and the all-cluster (AC) average, using the two different models of random walks, the blind ants model and the myoptic ants model. We found that the rms displacements exhibit a strong correction-to-scaling term in all dimensions we considered. The correction exponent s , defined by the rms displacements against the time step via $R_t=At^1^/^d^_w$$(1+At^-^s+Bt^-^1+...)$, was found to be s $\simeq$ 0.39, 0.27, and 0.27 for the IC averages and s $\simeq$ 0.37, 0.28, and 0.24 for the AC averages in two, three, and four dimensions, respectively. We also study the scaling relation of the probability density function of the rms displacements. The results for various values of the time-step were found to exhibit reasonably good collapsing for the IC average, indicating that the scaling indeed holds. On the other hand, data for the AC averages appear not to collapse. This strongly suggests that the scaling relation obtained without taking the correction term into account might not be sufficient for the scaling. The rms displacements of random walks on a percolation cluster were known to exhibit the critical behavior $R_t\propto t^1^/^d^_w$, and the fractal dimension $d_w$ were known accurately. However, the accuracy of the results estimated without the correction term having been taken into account was doubted. We estimated in this work the correction exponents and, as results, we were able to accurately estimate the fractal dimension of the random walks. The known results in two and three dimensions were found to be accurate, while that in four dimensions exhibited marked difference. These results may be utilized to understand the electrical and elastic properties of the disorder media.
