본 연구에서는 농촌진흥청 및 각도 농업기술원에서 2000년 이후에 개발된 분야별 대표적인 신기술들에 대하여 신기술들을 어느 정도 인지, 도입하고 있는 농업인을 설문대상자로 하여 분석하였다. 각 분야별 신기술에 대해 ① 기술특성 분석 ② 기술수용성, 확신성, 교육성, 기술발전기여도, 기술접목기간 등 ③ 기술도입시 고려사항, 기술활용시 애로사항 등의 기술별 기술수용요인과 신기술의 활용도, 만족도, 향후 활용의향 및 기술수요전망 등을 조사하였고 또한 단위기술별 수익성 또는 투자효율성 등 경영성과분석 등을 통해서 정책적 기반, 기술적 기반

이들을 신기술의 평가 역할을 하는 혁신자 또는 조기채택자로 가정하고 이들의 기술의 지속적인 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 혁신확산이론에서 인지된 유용성, 사용용이성, 사용의도를 고려한 확장된 기술수용모형(TAM)을 적용하여 기술수용 과정에서 나타나는 개념들간의 상호 인과관계를 구명하였다.

The objective of this research was to devise strategies for newly-developed technologies of crops for the development of an agricultural community; furthermore, it was also conducted to analyse the main causes of the accommodating intentions and structural relations based on the Technology Acceptanc
The objective of this research was to devise strategies for newly-developed technologies of crops for the development of an agricultural community; furthermore, it was also conducted to analyse the main causes of the accommodating intentions and structural relations based on the Technology Acceptance Model and Structural Equation Model.
For this, the research investigated acceptance situations and problems of farmhouses applying new technologies.
The subject technologies of investigation selected the following: the simultaneous transplantation technology of rice seedlings and the puddled-soil drill seeding in the first-year, mechanical harvesting technology of mung beans and the amethyst barley in the second-year, the weeding technology of rice using young freshwater snail and the Haiami rice in the third year.
The summary of the research results is as follows:
As the result of satisfaction on the effect of introduction technology, the quality increase was 71.9%, the decrease in cost was 71.7%, the farmhouse percentage increased production was 49.7%, the increase of income was 72.6%, the improvement of technological level was 70.9%, and the entire change was 71.3%. On the other hand, the result percentage of the investigation of farmhouse showed a need for continuous development of the new technology. The environment-friendly technology was 66.8%, and the general was 32.6%. In the technology regard, the promoting variety was 26%, the post-harvest management was 21.9%, the pest control method was 19.8%, the cultivation techniques were 16.8%, and the mechanization of agriculture was 8.7%.
The following are the results of management performance of individual technologies: In the case of the simultaneous transplantation, the managing cost reduced by 8% and the profit increased by 7.2% compared to the general technology. In the case of the puddled-soil drill seeding, managing cost reduced by 17.7% and the profit increased by 11.8% compared to the general technology. In the case of the weeding technology of rice using young freshwater snail, the managing cost reduced by 14% and the profit increased by 6%. In the case of the Haiami rice, the managing cost reduced by 23% and the profit increased by 30% compared to the general rice. In case of the mechanical harvesting technology of mung beans, the cost of production reduced by 45.3% and the net income increased by 68.9% compared to the manual harvesting . Finally, in the case of the amethyst barley, the managing cost reduced by 13.7% and the profit increased by 40.6% compared to general barley.
Based on these results, a thorough education about the problems made in the process of using them may be required in order to spread the new technologies of crops and establish the strategy for reducing production cost, raise brand awareness and improve agricultural marketing.
The technologies adopted were three technologies. The first thing was cultural method of arching type of Korean Schisandra, the second thing was cultural method in vinyl greenhouse of rubus koreanus. the third thing was cultural method of shade installation made steel pipe in Ginseng. The main results were level of satisfaction and management results. The results were the followings.
The level of satisfaction of the cultural method of arching type of Korean Schisandra were the followings. The ratio of the level of satisfaction of effect of quality increase was 71.4%, The ratio of the level of satisfaction of effect of curtail of production cost was 80%, the ratio of the level of satisfaction of income increase was 77.1%, the ratio of improvement of technology level was 77.9% .
The level of satisfaction of the cultural method of vinyl greenhouse of rubus koreanus were the followings. The ratio of the level of satisfaction of effect of quality increase was 72.9%, The ratio of the level of satisfaction of effect of curtail of production cost was 71.4%, the ratio of the level of satisfaction of income increase was 74,3%, the ratio of improvement of technology level was 77.1%.
The level of satisfaction of the cultural method of shade installation made steel pipe in Ginseng were the followings. The ratio of the level of satisfaction of effect of quality increase was 70.0%, The ratio of the level of satisfaction of effect of curtail of production cost was 73.8%, the ratio of the level of satisfaction of income increase was 69.3%, the ratio of improvement of technology level was 76.9%.
The ratio of income increase of the cultural method of arching type of Korean Schisandra was 11.6% higher than income of fencing type of Korean Schisandra.
The ratio of income increase of the cultural method of vinyl greenhouse of Rubus Koreanus was 25.5% higher than income of field culture of Rubus Koreanus.
The ratio of income increase of the cultural method of shade installation made steel pipe in Ginseng was 11.6% higher than income of shade installation made wood of Ginseng.
The study purpose investigation analyzes field utilization state technical farming, and to raise efficiency of a agricultural technical extension service. Last 10~15 years the RDA core technologies developed in the field of vegetable expert group six cases were selected through the evaluation of the grade.
The selected target technology are as follows: "Winding multi-layers of horizontal thermal curtains", "Infinity orbit coal heater", "Garlic bulbil cultivation techniques", "Red pepper anthracnose integrated control technology", “Seolhyang strawberry varieties”, "Greenhouse technology watermelon pollination by insects”.
Selected through the evaluation of professional-grade technology for vegetables sector completed questionnaire using the appropriate technology for the satisfaction, problems, etc. utilization of new technology was investigated.
All items have a 7-point Likert scale survey was done. Utilization of new technologies on the sample size varies with each technique were investigated. Introduction of appropriate technologies and farm management by selecting number 30 was investigated.Structural equation modeling(SEM) using AMOS statistical package through the analysis of the structural relationship of the factors in technology acceptance were examined.
The case of multi-layered keeping warm curtain of satisfaction was high ease. In addition, satisfaction is higher again, which receives the intent was having a positive impact on.
Red pepper anthracnose chemical control system technology, depending on skills training had a positive impact on easiness. Farmers, depending on the perceived usefulness of innovation has increased. In addition, a positive relationship between innovation and technology education is the establishment.
Seolhyang strawberry varieties that higher the farmer' s innovation had a positive impact usability. Technical education for farmers on new technologies based on the ease that technology was readily available, high technology to satisfy the perceived usefulness has positive effects. In addition, technical satisfaction, reliability, innovation, high resistance to future technologies, a lot of desire to take back offering were analyzed.
Greenhouse watermelon pollination by insects, high technology, innovativeness of farmers about the technology, such as problem solving agricultural perceived usefulness has a positive effect. Technology for technology' s ease of usability positive (+) influence were analyzed. In addition, the usefulness and ease of high satisfaction with the technology increases, higher satisfaction, technology innovation and technology to re-acceptance the intent was determined to be a positive influence.
Acceptance for the technology, the economic analysis of multi-layered Keeping warm curtain of semi-forcing culture tomato were higher 14.4% than the general practice of non-woven curtains, the case of coal heaters, the general income increase of 28.6 percent compared to diesel heaters were effective.
The case of Garlic bulbil cultivation techniques, compared to ordinary farming income per 10a was 1.4 times more 1,571 one thousand won, red pepper anthracnose chemical control system technology, high-efficiency farmers accept the general case of farmers 1.2 times higher than in 2326 were raising the income of one thousand won.
The case of Seolhyang strawberry varieties, compared to cultivated Yukbo varieties income per 10a 7638 one thousand won (11.2%) was increased.
The case of Greenhouse technology watermelon pollination by insects, artificial insemination was similar income levels.
In conclusion, an efficient new technologies to disseminate their technology education and technical support, use of technology should be easy. And economical than existing technologies are relatively high. As a result, farmers position to accept the new technology are considered.
Chrysanthemum, lily and rose were the flowers we chose in this research. The new technology in Chrysanthemum is the treatment effect of ethephon, and in lily the bed cultivation, and in rose the installation effect of preventing heat out and enhancing light lantern. The data were collected by mailing survey and the questionnaires were analysed by Amos program of SPSS. We used Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) which means Attribute influences Recognition and it finally influences Behavior.
In Chrysanthemum, Education-Usefulness-Satisfaction-Acceptance is most statistically verified. Education is, therefore, the most important factor to make farmers accept a new technology.
In Lily, Innovation is most important, so that new equipment and technology should be supported to the farmers.
Lastly. Support-Easiness-Satisfaction-Acceptance is in rose. It means AS afterdistributing new technology is most important.
