1. Some museums have not control of temperature and humidity that are major damage factors of cultural properties in conservation environment. 2. Concentrations of PM10 and VOCs exceeded the guideline for indoor air quality in museums from this study. Especially, in case of TVOC, there are high concentrations in every storage and exhibition hall. 3. The results of correlation analysis between TVOC and each VOC that trend of correlation is different in storage and exhibition hall during summer and fall. It means there are different sources of VOCs in museums. 4. The results of identification for suspended bacteria and fungi, there are Staphylococcus genus for bacteria, Penicillium genus and Cladosporidium genus in museums. 5. Concentrations of NO2 in exhibition cases are lower than indoor concentration of exhibition hall and outdoor. 6. The results of ventilation assessment, average ventilation number of times is 3.2N/h. 7. The results of risk assessment, Copper and Silver exposed formaldehyde can begin damage effect at 20.4 and 50.9 year later respectively and Copper exposed SO2 can begin damage effect at 89.9 year later. 8. Some kinds of veneer board used in museums can impact corrosion of some metals. 9. Formic acid, Acetic acid, and Acetaldehyde cause Iron, Copper, Bronze to corrode. However, Toluene was not. 10. Some metals occur corrosion and changing color on condition of high humidity.
