청견을 유래 품종을 종자친으로 교잡하여 그 실생이 착과되는 계통 중에서 정상과와 비정상과의 수술의 비율은 1:1로 확인 되었으며 이를 이용 웅성가임 특이적 마커 SCAR 개발하였으며 청견 유래 후대 교잡 실생의 유무핵성 판정 가능였으며 자가 화합성 계통 유무해 판별 마커의 프라이머조합 SRAP_F7+R20를 선발하였으며 무핵성 유전자풀에 증폭되는 프라이머 조합LTR-8F+(GGC)11을 선발하였으며, 성목 탱자의 생장량을 이용하고자 실생을 탱자에 고접 후유인 관리하여 일부는 고접 3년차에 그리고 고접 5년차에는 거의 모든 개체에서 과실 특성 평가가 가능하여 시설 활용성 및 유망 교배 조합의 특성을 조기에 검정 가능하게 되었고, 1차 유망계통을 선발하여 지역적응 시험을 거치는 동안 kw358을 품종화 하였으며 GP-12, KG-03 등 유망계통을 추가적으로 특성 검정 가능하였음. 또한 우리 육성 품종에 대하여 무병 건전묘를 확보하고 있으며 이병성 여부의 검정과 무병화 그리고 무병화의 보존 유지가 가능하여 무병영양체 공급이 가능하게 되었으며 에너지 절감형 품종 탐빛 1호를 개발하였음.

In male sterile ‘Kiyomi’of progenies(F1), it observed that the ratio of male sterile plants to fertile plants in the progenies matched the expected Mendelian segregation ratio of 1:1 (χ2 =2.16 at p=0.05). From the profiling of the 197 SRAP primer sets, a SRAP_F39/R60 that were closely linked to the male fertile trait was identified and successfully converted into a SCAR marker for selection of male fertility in citrus. The SCAR marker, using the pMS 33U/pMS 1462L primer set specifically, produced a single 1.4-Kb fragment that was linked to male fertility. and we selected REMAP_6R40F+SSR13100 primer set for identification of aborted progenies. Both marker was distanced from 26.9cM. In self incompatible ‘Clementine’progenies, SRAP_F7+R20 of self compatile group and REMAP_LTR-8F+(GGC)11 primer set of self incompatible types was selected. Meanwhile, Harejosaeng EST SSR primer set_HR38 and SSR_CX6F18 from orange was selected for identificaton of triploids in smll seed from open pollination. Therefore, it suggest that already under development of various DNA primer sets were identified between seedless and seedy type in citrus progenies.
This experiment carried out to shorten characteristic evaluation period through early fruit setting induction of a seedling of hybridization for production of new citrus cultivar. The results were as follows : When citrus hybridization seedling grafted onto the full growth trifoliate orange tree as rootstock, fruit quality evaluation could do after three years and then most of them enabled by five years. An individual having great vigor showed fruit setting trend early after grafting. After grafting scions sprouted at test tube culture medium in dark condition, if them irradiated under red and blue light, it could produce better individual from transplanting them. he more rootstock diameter thin, the more scion joined fast when grafting. And then it could grow fast. Citrus blossom and fruit setting were more fast in rhizosphere restriction manner than flat land planting.
This experiment was carried out to test specific character and early selection of the new favorable citrus cultivars in open fields and house cultivation systems from 2009 to 2013.
For the experiment, experiment sites was respectively selected 4 site on open field and house of citrus orchard. To grafted the new favorable cultivars, we used top-working on mature citrus tree. From the experiment, we could select some of new favorable cultivars in open field and house experiments. In the favorable cultivars, Jegamga-4 have similar fruit size and weight of satsuma mandarin, but higher solible solid contents and good coloring compare to ‘Miyagawa’ satsuma mandarin. KW35 bred by crossing ‘Kiyomi’ and ‘Wilking’ have a good fruiting characters and moderate decrease of acidity(1%) and soluble solid contents (12 °Bx) at late of December. So, we select this cultivar(KW358) as the favorable cultivars in 2012 and register as a new cultivar ‘Shinyegam’ in 2013. Also, KG03 crossing ‘Kiyomi’ and ‘Gishu’ do not have a seed in fruit and have a good fruit character of moderate coloring and soluble solid contents (12.9) °Bx and acidity(1.1%) at late of December. So, we select this cultivar as favorable cultivars in 2013. From now, this cultivar is anticipated as a new cultivars with good fruit quality in the near future. CP12 bred by crossing ‘Climentine’ and ‘Poncan’ have a special character just like small but very cuty and high soluble solid contents at early November. So it need to more check of specific investigation on fruit quality.
This study was conducted to eliminate viruses from citrus-infected plants using micrografting and thermotherapy. And also, we observed whether virus free shoot obtained or not by foliar spray of anti virus agents. Six citrus cultivars including a ‘Setoka’ hybrid were used as plant sources. The TAS-ELISA technique demonstrated that several plants were CTV positive. However, no CTV symptoms were detected in plants obtained from shoots and treated at a high temperature of 40°C during the day and night and micrografted for two weeks with old trifoliate orange rootstock in vitro. In addition, CTV infected tree was effectively observed the virus free shoot by 4 times of foliar sprayed of anti virus agent following indexing of CTV test kit. However, the anti virus agent was not influenced eradication of current viruses by one times. Indexing of CTV, SDV, and CTLV for RT-PCR analysis of the eleven citrus seedlings, including ‘Setoka’, ‘Samdajosang’, ‘Pungkwang’, ‘Shiranuhi’, and ‘Ehimekashi dai28go’ was virus free following the micrografting and thermal therapy.
Due to recent global warming, fruit farms are a high state to demand of late maturity citrus varieties that are the capable of producing high quality fruit in non-heating plastic film house. This study was carried out to develop new varieties of extremely late maturing citrus that are able to save energy. Citrus new varieties of 'tambit No. 1' was developed that is extremely late maturing and can be shipped in early summer. Also was breed 2 varieties of parental line. Primary selection in hybrid seedlings are 11 individual that were mandarin type, seedless, easy peeling and high sugar but high acidity. ‘Natsumi’ is introduced variety that is decline the sugar content from mid-march, therefore have to shipment after low temperature storage during 2 or 3 months. The prove test carried into 2 farms of citrus growing for selection individual.
