초록
본 연구는 지난 5년간(2005년-2010년) 수산특정기술개발사업을 통하여 개발한 굴패각 이용기술을 근거로, 그 결과에서 확인된 관절염관련 항염증물질 (SJAI-003)과 구연산칼슘(SJP-Ca)소재의 개발과 복합 처방한 관절염 건기식 칼슘제를 개발하는데 있으며, SJAI-003소재에 대해서는 건기식 개별인정(관절 뼈건강)소재로 판매하기 위해 독성시험과 인체 적용시험을 실시하고 항염증소재(SJAI-003)과 구연산 칼슘제를 결합한 뼈와 건강에 도움을 주는 건기식 칼슘제를 개발하였다.
