5) 기존의 PEDOT:PSS보다 높은 전기전도도 및 낮은 산성도를 갖는 신규 정공 수송층 물질을 합성하고, 이를 이용하여 기존 보다 20% 이상 향상된 고효율 유기태양전지 제작
6) 비극성 분산제를 이용하여 탄소나노튜브를 분산시키고, spin coating 법으로 ITO 전극을 대체할 만큼 높은 전기전도도와 투과도를 가지는 유연한 투명전극 개발
7) 다양한 블록길이를 갖는 aromatic-aliphatic 블록공중합체를 합성하고, 이를 이용하여 우수한 열적·화학적·치수안정성을 가지며 잘 정렬된 수소 이온 채널의 발현으로 고온에서도 우수한 수소 이온 전도도들 가지는 연료전지용 전해질 막의 제조

5. Development of new process for manufacturing large area organic solar cell.
6. Modification of interface between active layer and electrode for device optimization
7. Molecular design and synthesis of new compatibilizers (acceptor-donor type block copolymer, C60-end capped P3HT, P3HT-ZnPc-C60) for active layer (donor/acceptor blend) in organic photovoltaics for enhancement of long term stability .

Ⅴ. Plans
1. New conjugated copolymers synthesized in our laboratory provide the guideline for synthesis of the copolymers achieving high performance polymer solar cells, and thus expected to contribute development of new materials for achieving high efficiency.
2. The solution processible small molecules can be applied to low-cost and large area solar cells.
3. The roller painting method provides the possibility of roll-to-roll processing for fabrication of polymer solar cells with high efficient PCE.
4. The development cost for device optimization of polymer solar cells can be reduced by the computer simulation method which has been developed in our laboratory.
5. The flexible and transparent anode material based on single-walled carbon nanotubes, graphene can be used as an anode for fabrication of flexible and wearable solar cells.
6. The new hole transport layer material and new buffer layer material can be used for cost-effective, highly-efficient and stable organic solar cell devices.
7. The compatibilizers synthesized in our laboratory can control effectively the morphology of bulk heterojunction structure in solar cells and thus enhance the long-term stability of polymer solar cells, which is critical issue for industralization.
8. New rod-coil block copolymers based on non-fluorinated monomers can be used as high temperature PEMFC membranes with high proton conductivity.
