Due to high-rise and enlargement of building these days, following ferroconcrete basement structure also gets deepen, enlarges and being multiplexed. In order to build these large basement structure, it requires long span, and for floor structure also being diversified with change condition of construction site in site placement method including existing forms construction, development of construction technology, development of various new technology and introduction of new method. Floor structures that are recently used are; in-site floor structure using forms that is mostly used, hollow-core, thebuilty, half slab floor structure, inner mount shaft rejection, light synthetic slab fore structure, and floor structure using regular tech. On the other hand, although required certification time of fireproof structure for current floor construction is 2 hours, however, the request that reinforced fireproof function is required with multiplexed, enlarged basement structure is increasing. For example, as cars` use of high molecule material is increased, population of basement parking lot is increased, thus scale of caloric value is increased, and also, as it is shown in COEX, caloric value is remarkably increased with concentration and increase of inflammable material, the need to reinforce fireproof structure from existing 2 hours to 3 hours is also being required. Also, due to high rise of building, increase of personnel expense, lawful restriction regarding construction, development of technology on above floor structure is being more and more accelerated, and especially effort to shorten construction period and precise construction is being required and related patent also being applied a lot. For example, Korea public patent bulletin 2005-65510 is technology about constructing concrete slab of construction structure. This suggests the method that construct concrete by making half slab by synthesizing with nonstructural light weight material such as ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) or Lightweight air-entertained concrete. Fireproof performance of steel truss is improved from above method, and applying weight that is applied after upper concrete is hardened is becoming continuous state, thus it has effect that stress is equally spread. However, since above technology uses existing regular cement, it is difficult to use long span, and even if it is possible, use of rebar increases. Also, there are many construction troubles such as crack of floor structural member, leakage, and it is impossible to realize fireproof over 2 hours in the same condition. Therefore, technology on construction method that secures economic feasibility by innovatively reducing amount of rebar that increase by expanding long span, realizes 3 hours of fireproof structure and actively control troubles such as crack and leakage is urgently needed.
