Total 15 cultivar were breeding by National institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science (NIHHS), but most cultivar was cannot use in Korean vineyard. Because most of new cultivar was selected to high sugar rate and big berry size. These characters commonly negative correlated to cultural characters such as vine vigor, disease resistance, and easy growing. In this work, we make an experimental field at the different region in Korea. And then we can find to problems in the conventional culture condition. Severely problem is collected to solve with various solutions and feedback famers in other region. In this project, cultural area of new grapevine cultivar is expanding to nearly 100 ha in Korea. Hunter value (L*, a*, b*) is a rapid and convenience method for compare with different skin color, but not suitable to compare quality with various grape cultivars. Color Index for Red Grapes (CIRG) is one of a simply convert method for grape skin color as numeric data, and many previously result showed that high correlation between CIRG index and various quality factors of grape. In this experiment, we measured CIRG index, total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acidity (TA), and total anthocyanin content on the grapes (Campbell Early, Heukbosuk, Kyoho) from the varaison to harvest. As a result, CIRG index and anthocyanin contents have an exponential correlation; r-square is each 0.8595 in the ‘Campbell Early’ and 0.8500 in ‘Heukbosuk’. And TSS and CIRG index have a positive r-square, at the Campbell Early is 0.7758 and Heukbosuk is 0.7253. Also TA and CIRG index have a positive r-square, at the Campbell Early is 0.7279 and Heukbosuk is 0.6630. These results were shown that CIRG index is a reliable indicator for a none-destructive evaluation of the grape quality.
Firmness decreases was investigated as affected by the cluster rather than production in 'Proper corp road in 'Heukboseok' grape according to seed fruit production. The firmness should be significantly lowered as small as 990m2 per yield 1,800kg and less than 500g cluster of over discharge to produce high quality fruit in 80~90 days after full bloom when seed cultivation. In addition, the fruit quality soluble solids content 16.0°Brix, acidity content 0.5%, soluble solid-acid ratio 32, it is appropriate to harvest when it reaches the firmness of 20 after a period of 84~90 days after full bloom. Plant growth regulator treatment has the effect of delaying th softening of the fruit and can be harvested when it reaches the high firmness is maintained until late harvest fruit quality best. Also coloring poor of the GA3 single treatment is recovered when the secondary mix TDZ keep quality was possible, and if you harvest fruit before the softening was thought to be able to reduce the risk of prices drop according to low quality fruit production. Therefore target yield 1,800kg, cluster of 500g production during full bloom and 14 days after full bloom in the GA3 25㎎·L-1+ TDZ 2.5 ㎎·L-1 was canceled to poor coloring by plant growth regulators and known as the harvest of cultivated seeded than 90 days prior 20 days delay harvest was possible. Plant growth regulators processing to full bloom and 14 days full bloom to produce a seedless, seed it is suggested difficult that have not been completely removed. Although production of seedless of previous full bloom plant growth regulators processing by the 'Delaware' grapes there is a possibility, but commercial value is lowered, it was suggested to be avoided by chemical injury. Proper yield when you treatment the plant growth regulator of 'Heukboseok' grapes to adjust to 1,800kg it was a fair yield during seeded cultivation, coloring was bad in large cluster production. On the other hand, the target production 1,500kg is easily colored, it is possible to produce the acidity content lowest, tasty fruit when delaying harvest. However, no large difference between the other yield, especially small difference between 2,200kg yield. Therefore crop load 2,200kg, can contribute to an increase in farm income by increasing the quantity. In addition, mature is possible to be so delayed softening of pulp has not occurred harvest progress, this can be possible fruit production of the highest quality to late harvest.
