1. 통합적 오토메이션 제어시스템 개발
무대전용으로 공연의 공간적 연출을 위해 각각의 장치를 제어할 수 있도록 구축한 제어반 및 Control Console과 제어 프로그램을 통칭하며 공연에 활용되는 오토메이션 시스템을 통합적으로 제어할 수 있는 컨트롤 프로그램

“Distributed Control Automation System for Stage Equipment” development project selected by “Culture Technology Research and Development Program 2014” is a project to develop various stage automation equipment and corresponding control system needed in technical realization of diverse performance (O
“Distributed Control Automation System for Stage Equipment” development project selected by “Culture Technology Research and Development Program 2014” is a project to develop various stage automation equipment and corresponding control system needed in technical realization of diverse performance (Opera, Musical, Concert etc.).
The Project, sponsored by KOCCA, covers the field of technical development, performance production, and commercialization with the aims to plan, design, and manufacture then to commercialization through an actual adaption in performance within 10 months period.
It will be considered to vitalize the cultural business and cultural technology development by sponsoring domestic production environment and CT(cultural technology) field which is relatively poor comparing to the US Broadway and England's West End.
"Automation control system" and "stage equipment" which is developed by this project will overcome the limit of budget and expression, and the weakness of existing manual operation system, such as limits in weight, velocity, time of Production. At the same time, it has a purpose to combine all the devices for integrated control and operation.
“Automation control system” combines individually distributed equipments to the one operating system and it makes to enable to control pressure/distance/time/position with one console.
Laptop computer was selected to be used as a console due to the mobility and universality reasons, and two computers were synchronized to secure the backup system.
Ethernet was selected for the communication interface which built the environment in which large amount of data could be processed in realtime basis.
The UI(User interface) of the control system provides monitoring of operation condition(Acc./deceleration, motor speed, time, current, torque etc.), memory settings, and running of sequential cues for the performance. Also it provides the conditioned response regarding the diverse condition values, constant/Acc/Deceleration in velocity considering the operation safety, and emergency stop in case of emergency.
There are 6 different types of "Automation stage equipments" such as wire flying system, lift system, Turn table system, Track system, Bridge system, Torn border system.
Control of stage equipment is basically application of following steps; the rotation of the motor is transformed to rotation, vertical and horizontal movement via drum wire or belts. And these movements values are carried out applying exact pressure, time, and distance. The motor used for these process can be one or more.
The wire flying system implements the 2 dimensional movement of human or object on stage by using wires connected to the wire drum which is synchronized and reverse-synchronized via the control system. The system aims to operate in following condition; under 200kg of motion weight, under 1.2m/sec speed.
Two different lifting method(vertical lift, tilt lift) was used in the lifting system, both methods moves up-down ward but it creates totally different scene.
There is two different type of turn table, one is Dual turntable(1meter diameter) and the other is Compact wagon type turntable which is interintocked with the track system, it can move while rotating as mentioned in below.
The dual turntable is fixed type with two separated section(inner and outer unit). These two unit can be operated integrally or separately on both clock and counterclockwise. For compact type turntable, fixed and movable options are available. When turntable is embedded under the stage it is used as a fixed turntable, and when it is connected to the track it can be functioned as movable turntable.
The track system is a device which was designed to move object horizontally by connecting wagon or other object to the device with the belt, which is embedded in the track rail. It aims to operate with motion weight of under 300kg.
The bridge system is for the up-downwards movement of the structures such as trusses by synchronizing motors on both side. The tornborder system is a device to move up-down and tilted by operate motors individually on left and right side. These system aims to operate in motion weight of less than 300kg and under 0.5m/sec speed.
We will remain the control system and stage equipment which is developed by this project as basic structure and We will constantly develop the new stage equipment which is demanded in performance business. Also We will improve the control system in both compatibility and effectivity.
Also, We will make stable and constant business model with the rental service of automation stage equipment.
