• 본 과제는 도시재생사업 수행 시 사업 참여자가 고려해야할 다양한 친환경 제기준 정보의 지능적이며 효을적 제공을 위하여 사업 단계별 주체별 분야별 연관관계를 고려한 정보구조화 및 정보제공시스템 구현을 주요 연구개발 내용으로 함.

• 본 연구의 내용

o The matters targeted at the establishment of an environmental law & regulation information system for an urban regeneration project derived through investigation and a case study of similar systems which provide domestic and foreign environmental law and regulation information
o There have been few studies on the analysis of the cases that provide domestic and foreign environmental law & regulation information. Therefore, it appears that the results would be very useful in future studies.
2. Governance and details of urban regeneration project-related laws and regulations
o Review of the details of the urban regeneration project, focusing on its definition & scope, type, related laws & regulations, governance and facility type
o Analysis of the types, details and governance of urban regeneration
project-related laws and regulations; the results are expected to be useful in future urban regeneration projects and environmentally-related studies as well as in the development of an information system
3. Analysis of the type, structure and relevance of environmental information in the urban regeneration project-related laws and regulations
o Analysis of the scope and details of urban regeneration project-related environmental law and regulation information and suggestion of a suitable information structuration plan
o Suggestions for a specific structuration plan for environmental law and regulation information after classifying the information by topic, user and stage and preparing a relations diagram
o Expected to be very useful in future studies and projects through analysis of the scope and details of urban regeneration project-related environmental law and regulation information
4. Development of an environmental information model and process in the urban regeneration project-related laws and regulations
o Analysis of information type for environmental information modeling; classification standard setting; development of database
o A process plan aimed to utilize information by the project stage, participants and business type derived after analyzing environmental information usage patterns by project stage
o The DB structure & process designed for environmental information modeling by project stage and user in the utilization of environmental information in the urban regeneration project is the first of its kind technology in the world. It will be very useful in practice.
5. Development of intelligent information system utilization plan
o For the utilization of an intelligent information system, five goals are suggested: learning, support of judgment, optimization,convenience in maintenance and user-friendliness.
o Among these five concepts, system flexibility was considered to respond to environmental or information changes.
o An intelligent information system is a system designed considering flexibility to respond to the frequent change of laws. It can be automatically updated by reflecting the fluctuations of open sources. As the best technology in the Republic of Korea, it would be available in diverse fields.

o Executed to provide environmental information law and regulation information to users from the urban regeneration project-related environmental law and regulation information system

o A web-based IT system; development of a metadata input support system for legal information such as laws, legal terms, duties and self-diagnosis of administrative matters
o Legal terms adjustable through synonyms and keywords; legal information specified into ‘Paragraph’ information allowing the input of separate paragraph information
o Korea Law Information Center basically provides legal data up to the ‘Article information. This study introduces new technology that allows users to enter information up to the 'Paragraph/ providing more accurate information.
