초록

본 연구는 고가(약 40억원)의 대형[51m(1set/3대)2차선도로 이상적용] 수입설비에 의존하는 현장 재생 아스콘 생산 설비를 국내 독자적인 기술로 설비를 직접 제작하여 수입설비 대비 소형화[19m(1set /1대) 2차선 이하 적용] 및 낮은 가격(5~10억원)으로 단점을 보완한 장비를 개발하였다. 또한 설비로 생산한 혼합물 시험을 공인기관에 의뢰하여 품질을 입증하였다

(2) The results of the development of medium and low-temperature asphalt additive
- Asphalt aging prevention and improvement of product quality (Performance comparison)
: Medium temperature recycled asphalt mixture used to develop medium and low temperature asphalt additive material, conventional heating recycled asphalt mixture compared to 30~50 ℃ low temperature in the heating production already, it is possible to prevent the premature aging of the asphalt, medium and low temperature (100~130 ℃) But, in comparison with the existing reproduction heating asphalt mixture, there is a thing that was verified already excellent quality performance, test results summary table below, in has been developed and low-temperature asphalt additive the production facilities of the site recycled asphalt (FR-APS) low-temperature asphalt mixture in which is manufactured by applying to the (new material, playing) with the existing stationary plant and asphalt mixture, which was produced in the production facilities of the existing site (HMA ) as a result of the comparison test, to confirm the superior quality performance.
