1.내부보강 조립식 합성메가기둥의 형상 개발
1) 합성메가기둥 형상 개발
- 요구하중 1,000 MkN 이상의 고하중용 메가기둥의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라 폭 1m이상의 합성메가기둥 개발
- 냉간 성형 강판 4개를 모서리에 배치하고, 그 사이에 후판을 끼워 대형각형강관을 구성 후 내부에 콘크리트를 채운 충전형 합성메가기둥 형상 개발
- 현장 조건에 따라 후판의 두께와 폭을 조절함으로써 단면 크기 및 성능 설계 가능
