This study is to develop technology for extraction and application of poultry egg white functional materials. Optimization condition of functional material separation technology was established. The purpose of this study is to prove the principle of keeping the exported functional materials separated and exported, and to prove the principle of degradation of the odorous substance causing aging and to improve the function of environmentally friendly functional materials. We have tried to utilize eco - friendly functional materials which can escape environmental pollution and side effects by using environment - friendly functional substance separation technology and hydrolytic enzyme. In addition, we have developed mass production process of developed materials, developed efficacy of dried cut flower preservative and geriatric odor reducing agent, and commercialized eco-friendly functional material through technology transfer to industry.
Results
In order to validate the efficacy of the export of egg white functional materials and to maintain the efficacy of the living odor reducing agent, the optimization conditions of the functional material separation technology were established, and the effectiveness of the functional materials in the four kinds of cut flowers and the inducement of sick house syndrome and senile odor reduction Screening and efficacy were analyzed. In addition, the inhibitory effect of the functional substance on the harmful bacteria was confirmed, and the cuttability of the second functional material was analyzed and the efficacy of the functional substance on formaldehyde and nonane was also evaluated.
Establishment of the basic formulation for the commercialization of the developed functional materials, establishment of large capacity separation process of egg white functional material, field experiment of cutting of functional materials, verification of the efficacy of odor reducing agent and prototype production of verified material have been completed.
Expected Contribution
The loss amount of waste eggs discarded in Korea is about 400 million KRW per day, which means that even if only 1% of waste eggs are secured, product costs can be reduced by 1.2 billion KRW a year. Not only can we reduce the cost of disposing of the waste egg white through the disposal of waste egg white.
Economic benefits come from the products made from low-cost materials. Japan is the largest export of cut flower, and the quality loss is about 30 ~ 40% when it is transported and stored.
However, it can be improved by using egg white functional material and it can be used in many fields such as home, farm, industry. In addition, many products for the elderly are being released due to the aging trend. Elderly odor reducing agents are expected to be sold and used at about 30% of the price of existing products.
