Results
As a result of analyzing flood damage characteristics using flood trail, weather and spatial data of agricultural land, inundation occurred in order of drainage delay due to insufficient drainage ability > river flooding > runoff and sea flooding. To develop flood damage assessment technology using remote sensing technology,
We could identify flooding area through the backscattering number of radar satellite image and reflection characteristic of NIR band of UAV image. In the case of unmanned aerial photographs, it is possible to provide input data of inundation simulation model through DSM as well as detection of inundation area, and it can be used for production of land cover such as crop classification do. In addition to the exposure that can be calculated through hydrological modeling for flood risk assessment, risk assessment using image data based on remote exploration can be supported to establish policies for proactive response to flood damage and to establish countermeasures
Expected Contribution
It will contribute to mitigation of flood damage in rural watershed by predicting and informing flooded areas in rural watersheds due to weather and climate change.
Based on the results of the research, it will be useful to establish measures for flood mitigation in rural watersheds.

To assess the impact of climate change on flood and inundation risks in agricultural regions by downscaling spatial and temporal scales of climate change scenarios and weather forecasts for physics-based hydrologic and hydraulic analyses

Purpose&Contents
The purpose of this study is to develop a general model for farmland inundation risk assessment reflecting the characteristics of water circulation in the rural watershed and to provide information on flood risk in farmland by real-time weather forecast in connection with the service system for farmland inundation forecast.
Results
① Investigation and analysis of past flood record data, ② Selection of study watershed and construction of input data, ③ Establishment of unmeasured stream section estimation method, ④ Flood monitoring and downstream inundation simulation using the hydrologic model, ⑤ Development of drainage delay analysis algorithm for agricultural land, ⑥ Development and application of general model for farmland inundation risk assessment, ⑦ Complementing and expanding the general model, ⑧ Development of linkage technology between general model and inundation forecast system
Expected Contribution
It is expected that the general model developed in this study will be used for real-time inundation forecasting of farmland, and it can be used for basic and effect analysis for drainage improvement project
