○ Root rot disease occurrence characteristics on soybean
- Pathogens showed symptoms of soybean root rot in paddy fields and wilt were confirmed at rate of Fusarium sp. 32.4%, Diaporthe sp. 15.8%, Colletotrichum sp. 13.4%, Phytophthora sp. 10.6%, Pythiumsp. 6.0%, Rhizoctonia sp. 1.4%, Calonespora sp. 0.7%
- Disease incidence patterns by period were found to be 29% of Phytophthora sojae, 31% of Fusarium sp., 17% of Pythium sp., and the symptom was characterized by seedling death. In the mid-growth stage (August), 56% of Fusarium sp., 21% of Diaporthe sp., 9% of Colletotrichum sp. were found, and the symptoms were characterized by dried yellow leaves on the upper part or browned stems and ultimately plant dead. In the late growth stage (September), 21% of Fusarium sp., 22% of Diaporthe sp., 23% of Colletotrichum sp., were found, and especially Diaporthe sp. and Colletotrichum sp., were found to directly affect pods, due to increased pathogen density

- Selection of individual diagnostic primers for Phytophthora root rot, black root rot, pod and stem blight and Fusarium wilt
- As a result of selecting primer sets capable of integrated diagnosis from 17 pathogens isolated from soybeans, simultaneous diagnostic primer sets of black root rot, Fusarium wilt and pod and stem blight were selected
