This thesis is intended to set up and show an effective leadership style for principals'. 1) This thesis is intended to determine the relationship between a general tendency of principal's leadership and a school, a personal badkground. 2) This thesis is intended to determine the relationship between control of conditions for principals and a personal background. 3) This thesis is intended to determine the relationship between the job saiosfaction of a chairperson and a school, personal background. 4) This thesis is intended to determine the relationship between a principals' leadership style, control of conditions and the job satisfaction of a chaiperson. B. Methods of the study This method was a way of investigation research for the theoritical, experimental study. We used as a measuring instrument for the investigation's rewearch of the job's satisfaction level, a measurement clueation paper of chirperson as well as a task performance, the most difficult comparion lavel, the relationship between principal and chirperson, task structure, position power, measure lavel. The sample method evaluated the one hundred eleven principals of the Kyoungki-do as well as the city of Incheon under the direct control to investigate an effective measurement question paper of two hudred and thirty-one chairperson of analysis statistics data. Collected resource treatment was according to SPSS-X and tested meaningfullness from one to three of the purpose testment of M.S.D for the purpose of testment of research purpose list and the fourth research purpose analyzed simple correlation Index and correlation coefficient among the three variations analyzed the effective relation among these three variations. C. Result of the study The results of the study are these: 1) The leadership style of principals were stated as a number : the relative motivation style was fourty-four point two percent, task motivation style was thirty-one point three pecent, and the city region as well as the city of the direct control ten of twenty-one as a relation motivation style according to school locations district. The principals of the urban schools gave the importance of human relationship more than principals of the rural schools, we can see. The leadership style of the principals was an outstanding difference as a school scale. small schools marked a higher score than the large school. 2) The control of conditions for principals were stated fifty six oiubt eight percent as a middle and was marked at the mostrate. The high control of conditions were a state as a fourty-three point two percent. There was no principal who fell below the low control conditions. The relation between the principal and chairperson was seventy-four point eight percint in good conditions. Position power was stated by fifty-four point one percent as a high but task structure was stated sixty-six point seven percent as a middle. The relationship between the principal and chairperson was perfect and the posion power of the principal was high, but task structure. 3) The job satisgaction of chairperson's was generally high, when we judged a job saisfaction of chairperson's in terns of personal background, there were many differences of sexes, years, lacations 4) Only position power affacted the job satisfaction of chairpersons. Principals' leadership style and low variation of control of conditions analyzed the job satisfaction of a chairperson to know the influence of important current analysis, so that only position power explained 7.4% of job satisfaction among the whole sample. This showed that the job satisfaction of a chairperson is diversified by the principals' leadership style. D. Conclusions The conclusions of the study of given results till now are these : 1) As ws was shown by the leadership style of the principals' we can understand that there are many principals who emphasize harmony among men rather than the results at school. There are by regional groups many principals who have related motivation style in city. 2) The control of principals is above average and there are no principals who make use of a low control of conditions. The control of conditions is highly shown by 0.9% in school location, new cities than a middle control of conditions. The principals and chairperson's relation is perfect and principals' position power is superior. Task strucrure dosen't make structural constitutuins from school. 3) The job satisfaction of chairperson's was shown to be high regarding kind justice and shown the lowest satisfaction regarding school administration. Chairperson who are working in big schools shown a higher job satisfaction than chairpersons who are working at small schools. 4) Situatiuon cintrols as well as leadership the style of the principal was stated as an influence effecting the job satisfaction of chairpersons. According to the stepwise method, the important current anaysis result and position power were stated as the factor that explains seven point four among the whole variation quantity and according to leadership style of the principal, the influence effesting job's satisfaction of the chairperson will apper in diversity, and the leadership style of principals provided an influence on a meaningful level to the job satisfaction of the teacher.
