A Labor Management dispute is embossed by being effused the variably desire of the class and mass, but the cause of dispute can occur the point a t issue the gap of cognition as not the superficial cause of wages and unjust laboring but the lack of contact to labor and management's communication. Although operative solution of politic, Economic, social, lawal system is needed, the solution of management is founded more important. The purpose of this study is to find the conflict of management labor in Gwang Ju area, 300 members of data, questionnaire, was collected from K Group. The results were conformed as follows. First, Cognitions for cause and fairness of dispute differentiated, according to job hierachy. Second, Cognition for present management system level differentiated, according to job hierachy. Third, Cognition for management system correlated job satisfaction after dispute of management labor. Fourth, the group of high cognitions about management system shows satisfaction As they think management system level higher, the future of management labor will be brighter. Through the principle of conversation, faith, autonomy, participation, labor and management must exclude the problem in the solving dimension on the trial at a time and the situation require us steady efforting fervently.
