But, to sell more rooms arii make much more profit, in the hotel business, the attendant facilities such as the restaurant and entertainment facilities must be developed. It is the general trends of the hotel management in the world. The management and development of "rooms department" in hotel business ms been highly skilled and cultivated. But, those of the attendant facilities is less advanced and less developed. It is this att endant department that can contribute to the maximization of profit in hotel business. In this point of view, this report deals with the case study on the development of attendant facilities in the tourist hotels in Korea, classifying each chapters as follows: Chapter : Introduction, mentioning about the general theory of tourism industry.
