Weight Lifting is considered as a weight training and is aiming at improvement of the record. It requires a systematic and scientific training to achieve the purpose. Furthermore, it depends on how you design the training plan, training quantity, training method, nutrition and so on. Therefore, I redesigned the training program which is used in the Eastern Europe countries, to be suitable for physical figure of Korean weight lifter to be able to maximize advancement of the performance and the muscle by using the systematic and scientific training program. The total number of Junior weight lifters of Korean national team who participated in this training program was 10 people (Experimental group:5 people, Comarative group: 5 people). Each group used different training program and the training result of each group was examined. The main training was Snatch and Clean & Jerk and the auxiliary training was Dead Lift, Squat, High Snatch, and High Clean. Followings are the results that the training method of Junior weight lifter can possibly influence on the performance after I examined the performance of the record for the main training and the auxiliary training. (1) Influence on the performance The Snatch record of the experimental family increased 5kg from 141kg to 146kg after the training method was introduced, compared to the record before its introduction and the statistical result turned out to be very positive (t=3.162, P<.05). The Clean & Jerk record also increased 6kg from 175kg to 181kg and its statistical result appeared to be positive(t=6.000, P<.05). (2) Influence on the auxiliary muscle The dead lift record of the experimental group increased 8kg from 212kg to 220kg after the training was introduced, compared to the record before its introduction and the statistical result turned out to be very positive (t=-4.000, P<.05). The squat record of the experimental family increased 9kg group 222kg to 231kg after the training was introduced, compared to the record before its introduction and the statistical result turned out to be very positive (t=-9.000, P.05). Moreover, the High Clean record of the experimental group increased 3kg from 146kg to 149kg after the training was introduced, compared to the record before its introduction, but the statistical result turned out to be negative (t=-2.449, p>.05). Putting all of the results together, the weight training through the main training is a program that can promote and maximize the effect on the saving of time and the training. Therefore, the weight training should not be applied to the auxiliary training and should be applied to the main training course. In doing so, the main movement which is necessary for improvement of the record can be repeated and enormous effects on the improvement of technique and muscle can be achieved.
