Lufenuron의 조사 기간 중 반감기는 6.3~8.4일, carbaryl은 3.4~4일, methomyl은 1.7~1.8일, diazinon은 1.5~2.1일 그리고 metalaxyl은 2.1~ 2.3일 이었다. 실험결과에 따르면 methomyl, diazinon은 수확 전 10일에 1회 살포가 안전하고 Lufenuron, carbaryl 그리고 metalaxyl은 10일 이상 후에 출하해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

A study on determination of optimal doses of pesticides in cabbage [Brassica pekinensis(Lour.) Rupr.] was sprayed under greenhouse condition. Five pesticides including lufenuron, carbaryl, methomyl, diazinon and metalaxyl onto cabbages at recommended and double recommended doses and time-course concentrations of pesticides were investigated by gas chromatographic and liquid chromatographic analysis. Cabbage samples were extracted with methanol for lufenuron, acetone for carbaryl, methomyl and metalaxyl and acetonitrile for diazinon followed by filtration in Vacuum. The samples were then purified by dichloromethane and aliquois solution. The organic phase was subjected to column clean up by using florisil and silica gel. Standard calibration curves of the pesticides were linear over the tested range with correlation coefficient ranged from 0.999 to 1.0. Recoveries were more than 82% at all tested concentrations. The half-life times of pesticides were estimated to be 6.3-8.4 days for lufenuron, 3.4-4 days for carbaryl, 1.7-1.8 days for methomyl, 1.5-2.1 days for diazinon and 2.1-2.3 days for metalaxyl. Based on experimental data methomyl and diazinon were suggested to be safe once they are applied onto cabbage ten days before harvest, and lufenuron, carbaryl and metalaxyl were delayed for more than ten days.
