To observe influnced some of change to infant which is composed of activity of infant, the whole, sensitivity, especially in a person, build up a health body, and social hasity strong constitution. In this circumstance project estabilishes from teacher's career in paticular teaching methods and take some new natural ecology learning influencd go thourgh under the experience program. the research methods are divided into the three. The first, observe teacher' past 1 career year to answer what the effect of can achieve a certain kind of purposes. as being changes cognition, self-development, peer group, physical development, self acceptance. The second observe teacher's career in paticula past 5 career years what the effect of can achieve. The third, As have teacher's past 10 career years review responsed concerning to the nature ecology education learning to infant school. The result findings of this study are as follow: Firstly accoding to the result of survey the recognition is important and significant. self behavior development is too. teacher's finding out ecology go thourgh the diagnosis of present phenomena cognitive an infant, and after ecology education of learning, and to analyze the actual children's behavior shown. but remarkble difference is related from teaching a talent or career. Secondly 4 principle of the in flunced effect to self behavior development of infant. effect positively to the education ecology learnning program service ,which is the ultimate goal of the welfare educational system. in looking into influences by each variable, the intergration of positive system had the largest influenc on the social intergration, which was followed by the accessiblity of it. the functional assignment of it and the specality of it.
