The purpose of this study is to analyze the reaction of Immunoglobulin and the endocrine system depending on the duration of moderate intensity aerobic exercise and to verify thereby the effectiveness. By carrying out a 60~70% VO2max of the aerobic exercise at 15-minute intervals (15, 30, 45 minutes separately) for college women in their twenties on volleyball club team performing regular exercises on a daily basis, the level of Immunoglobulin(IgA, IgG, IgM), malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured : at rest, immediately-after exercise and 30-minute recovery. 1) The Change of Immunoglobulin Firstly, the change of IgA figures shows significant differences by the period of measurement (p<.001) but no differences by the duration of exercise. Secondly, the change of IgG figures shows significant differences by the period of measurement (p<.001) but no differences by the duration of exercise. Thirdly, the change of IgM figures shows no significant differences both by the period of measurement (p<.001) and by the duration of exercise as well. 2) The Change of malondialdehyde(MDA) The change of malondialdehyde figures shows significant differences by the period of measurement(p<.001) but no differences by the duration of exercise. 3) The Change of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) The level of Superoxide Dismutase figures shows significant differences by the period of measurement(p<.001) but no differences by the duration of exercise. In this study, it is necessary to variously analyze the influence that the change of exercise time has on oxidation stress by increasing recovery time more than 30 minutes after exercise and applying diverse training intensity. As the Immune system, especially, is closely linked with the endocrine system, it is also needed to research the connection and interaction with hormone responding to the stress against exercise. At the same time, since it may be all the more possible that the extent of oxidative damage by exercisedepends on the amount of anti-oxidization and a caloric intake as well as subjects' physical standard, it is imperative to study the correlation between these factors and anti-oxidative system.
