The purpose of this study is to develop and applicate the elementary environmental textbook about the Asian sand for the student to solve the problem and improve and attitude more actively related to the Asian dust as to lack of the knowledge. To achieve the purpose, the domestic precedence study about the Asian dust is analyzed and summarized and the Questionnaire is used for the teachers, parents and student to attain the knowledge and attitude about Asian dust. The results from this research are as follows. First, as the result from the Questionnaire concerning the Asian dust, it was showed that three groups who composed of teachers, parents and students had the knowledge of the serosities and problems caused by the Asian dust, and the source of this problem is due to increase of the desertification and global warming, but especially the students group is due to the natural phenomena or industrialization Second, as the result from analysis related to the Asian dust through both textbooks on the 7th elementary curriculum and subsidiary textbooks, contents concerning the former was little or noting. In Science, Society and Health subject for the 5th and 6th grade introduce the Asian dust is the kind of the air populations and not explain concretely the Asian dust. The more increase the social interest about the Asian dust but the textbook for the Elementary student concerning to the Asian dust as well. Third, The elementary environmental textbook about the Asian sand is developed to the 5th and 6th grade student. This textbook is composed of four contents , the cause and the source of the Asian sand, The material which is harm for the human health and life, the special news of the Asian sand and the best answer and way against the Asian sand, which is presented four themes. Forth, As the result of classes which is developed by four themes about the Asian dust, Its application was meaningful in the level of p < . 001 and p< .000 in the view of knowledge, awareness and aspect of the experiment group. but Its not which took the lesson about these themes. Especially, The aspect of the attitude is more higher average to the experiment group. That is to say, It is the reflection for the students intention to act more effectively against the Asian dust when they do not know the harmful effect about this. In conclusion, the environmental textbook developed by necessity of the education concerning of the Asian dust will play an important role in useful tool for the 5th and 6th grade Elementary student to understand and give the right knowledge about the asian dust which makes an effort on its effective management more actively.
