The purpose of this paper is to reflect the problem of infusion, control and oppression which are in 'ethics curriculum' based on P.Freire's 'Pedagogy'. The core contents of 'Pedagogy' are following. First, while the "banking" concept of education treats students as passive objects who have to be fitted on the existing culture, the problem-posing concept of education treats them as active and rational objects. Second, while the "banking" concept of education rejects the communication, the problem-posing concept of education regards it as a necessary thing. Third, while the "banking" concept of education treats students as objects who need help, the problem-posing concept of education makes them as critical thinkers. Fourth, while the "banking" concept of education oppresses creativity and weakens the need of realization, the problem-posing concept of education encourages true reflection and behaviors within reality based on creativity. Next, this paper criticizes ethics textbooks which were written by the 7th curriculum of ethics. The problems of Freire's bank-account education are revealed in Korean ethics textbooks with four aspects. First, textbooks always teach and direct the contents not giving a question to students and so not guiding them to think about it by themselves. This shows typical pattern of the "banking" concept of education which treats students as knowledge-storages. Second, ethics textbooks force students to express their opinions using strange argument. Textbooks seem to take a method of logical explanation but they inject their position to students with odd questions and description whose examples don't match with their statements. Third, the content of textbooks show fascism in that it teaches students to think nation before individuals when they have to make a decision(a nationalistic approach) and to think nation's interest is more important than individual's. Fourth, ethics textbooks which confusingly include many subjects in one boundary such as Koreanology, philosophy, politics, sociology, economics and studies of North Korea lose serious and keen academic reflection and identity, so the question about 'How can we teach value education to students?' is being required. The key point of the researcher's alternative is to find out students' ethical interests and make a professional and systematic curriculum based on them. For that, developers should go into teaching arena and communicate with students for their any concern.I suggested 4 stages to develop realistic, dynamic and professional curriculum with focusing on breaking old and ill tradition in a development stage. Usual oppression and fascism still live in the form of ethics under the name of tradition and convention. In this situation, I tried to think through this paper that if someone who will be teaching ethics could take some action in any way, then 'what could that be?'. I think that if ideal goals that Freire had pursued not only in Brazil but also in all exile countries of the world are being realized, the pursuit would be in valid here in Korea, as well.
