This study is to find out the effects that the program for improving perception of obstacles takes on the non-disabled students' attitudes changes toward the disabled ones. The subjects for this study is 58 students in the 5th grade of two classes who haven't had any touch with the disabled students in a C elementary school without the disabled class which are located in Haman county. The contents for the study program consist in intervention strategies which were proven to be effective for changing attitudes in advanced studies, and are composed of giving information on obstacles, stories about the disabled who overcome their difficulties, classes for understanding them through a video aided class, activities of experiencing obstacles, group discussion for respective activities, and training class for changing attitudes. In this study, to measure non-disabled students' attitudes changes toward the disabled fellows, I used two types of questionaries, one is the adjective scale for measuring perceptional and emotional scopes and the other is the activity preference scale for behavioral scope that represents the three factors of perception, emotion, and behavior. The results of this study came from by calculating mean and standard deviation in each scope. After applying the program for improving perception of obstacles to non-disabled students, I carried out the t-test toward changes between the experiment group and the comparative one, then tested significance testings. After I applied the program to the students, I got the result as the following; the effects on the non-disabled students' perceptional, behavioral attitudes changes toward the disabled students. First, the program for improving perception of obstacles affects positively non-disabled students' perceptional acceptability toward the disabled students. In fact, the group trained by the program changed positively in perceiving physical appearance, emotion, social behavior, and learning behavior. Second, the program affects positively non-disabled students' behavioral acceptability toward the disabled children. In other words, the group trained by the program changed positively in behaving their personal activity, school activity, and social activity. According to the result of this study, it seems clear that non-disabled students can improve their negative attitudes toward the disabled students by the program for improving perception of obstacles, with having the non-disabled improved on their perception of the disabled students' obstacles and behavior, while having both the disabled and non-disabled interact with, which eventually will be very helpful for successful integrated education. A variety of intentional intervention strategies help to accomplish the non-disabled students' understanding toward the disabled ones. The further work should be done on when the program for improving consciousness should start and how long consistently the program should be trained to achieve the positive effects in order to keep up the non-disabled students' attitudes changes toward the disabled ones.
