The purpose of this study was to analyze biomechanical changes on the Snatch of Weight Lifting through intensified training program for strength. Training was conducted on 6 high school weightlifters that were ranked top 3 in the national weightlifting competition. The weightlifters were divided into two groups and trained by two different programs - existing program for adult weightlifters (Group A) and newly developed program for young weightlifters (Group B). The training was executed for eight weeks and the results were summarized as followings. 1. There was no significant difference between two groups in flexor and extensor muscle power during isokinetic contraction (60°/sec) but Group B has shown more improved extensor muscle work. 2. Group A lifted the weight slowly at the beginning therefore they could not load the weight onto erector spina at the second-pull and could not use left and right latissimus dorsi properly but Group B used trapezius muscle and erector spina more efficiently while doing last-pull. 3. Both Group A and Group B showed that in case of tarsals joint which endures the most weight, they made the both tarsals joints close making wide space for movement. But at the second-pull, Group B stretched knees most by moving inward to use vertical land reaction, so that they could improve their movement effectively. 4. At the second-pull, Group A could not use instant power of coxa and tarsal joint due to unbalance of right and left knee joints since they lifted the weight with a big distance from vertical body center line. On the other hand, Group B could make more stable posture at the second-pull as they lifted the weight closely to vertical body center line. They bended coxa and tarsal joint more effectively comparing to Group A. An appropriate personal weightlifting training program can reduce the training time and can draw the best result of the training. The program can also improve weightlifter's stamina and physical fitness and by repeating the effective movement throughout the training, skills, muscular strength and muscular endurance will be upgraded. To sum up, a specific training program should be adapted to an individual weightlifter depending on his condition in order to get the best result.
