The aim is to initially learn about e-commerce in the process towards a comprehensive awareness and to more fully on a challenge and a new opportunity to participate in this commercial area. To understand the current status of e-commerce in Vietnam, first chapter 3 reviews the elements of infrastructure for e-commerce development in Vietnam, which highlight the development e-commerce in Vietnam in recent years.
