The purpose of this study is to analyze the user satisfaction of the Dalseo Children's Library Website by applying a model of the user satisfaction index which consists of information quality, service quality, and system quality. In addition, we aim to measure user's royalty and compliant of the Dalseo Children's Library Website. To achieve the objectives of this study, the author designed and used a questionnaire with 30 items focused on the three user satisfaction dimensions, that is, information quality, service quality, and system quality. A total of 130 responses to the questionnaire were analyzed in SPSS version 18. The research model and associated hypotheses were tested by following statistical techniques: Correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Analysis of Variance. The results of this study are summarized as follows: ① It was indicated that the higher the user satisfaction gives the higher the royalty and the higher the user satisfaction, and the lower the compliant. ② In the contents quality dimension, the items of the usefulness and the accuracy, the easiness to understanding and the reliability showed a significant relationship to user satisfaction. ③ In the service quality dimension, the items of keeping one's promise at the appointed time, supplying extra time for request, and providing useful substitute showed a significant relationships to user satisfaction. ④ In system quality dimension, the items of information retrieval time, interface design, interaction with system advisor and users showed a significant relationships to users’ satisfaction. ⑤ It was found that user satisfaction was not a significant difference according to various reasons in each different dimension. ⑥ It was found that user royalty was not a significant difference according to for various reasons in each different dimension. ⑦ It was found that user compliant was a significant difference according to the gender differences. The suggestions for the improvement of user satisfaction based on the results of analysis are followed as: ① User satisfaction would be achieved from improving the dimensions of contents quality, service quality, and system quality as an overall. ② Dalseo Children's Library website should provide a various kinds of information and more useful information to improve user's contents satisfaction. ③ Improving system response time, interaction with users, easy of searching information and more stability of the system is essential to improve the system quality. ④ There need to set up a regular survey to diagnosis of the user satisfaction particularly focused on the heavy users in the Dalseo Children's Library website.
