The North Korea, which has been under the self-reliance (juche) ideology, deify Kim iL-Sung and closed for many years, is a country where we should propagate our christianity. The life, which does not bear fruit of faith, is not a real life of a christian. A christian ought to influence on other non-christians. Now is the right time to ready for the propagation of the christianity in the North Korea after the reunification. Furthermore, the North Korean defector is much more influential on propaganda. Most of the defectors from North Korea want to go back to their hometown after the reunification. In particular, the college students, who are studying in the South Korea right now, are the ones who are ready to become the leaders of the society in various sectors, such as politics, economics, social welfare and culture. When the time comes, they should give good influence to non-christians in the North Korea. So far, the christian leadership program for the college students that defected from North Korea have hardly been found. As a result, this program was developed to train those students as christian leaders. For this paper, a number of bibliographic data and personal experiences of the North Korean defectors were analyzed. Moreover, the factors that need for the leaders at college, the theories useful for christian leaders and the reunification-training program for college students from the North Korea formed the foundation of this program. This paper aims: First, to make North Korean college students obey the sovereignty of God, find their true meaning of lives in Him and strengthen their identities as christians; Second, to understand each others in one group, so that they can find their dignity. Also, through the improvement of communication and problem solving skill, they may improve their potential as a christian leaders; Third, to enhance personal spiritual, intelligent, emotional and physical areas for their self-leadership; Fourth, to make them as servant leader who give good influence on other groups, not only present time but also after the reunification of Korea peninsula. This program, which is to foster christian leadership, will give chances to the university students from the North Korea how to prepare their visions and to think about their future lives in the South Korea. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." (Acts 1:8) Like what bible says, this program will make the Jesus’s mission comes true in the North Korea through the university students.
