The objective of this research is to seek ways on the effects to visibility depends on a color of working clothes actual experiment from various aspects. Construction workers are exposed to various dangers. ILO (Occupation safety and health acts) classifies health dangerous factors in construction industry as four items and these are, firstly, chemical hazard such as asbestos, cement, lead and etc, secondly, physical hazard such as noise, high heat, vibration, cold etc, thirdly, biological hazard such as soil-borne fungus, toxic plants and etc, lastly, social psychological hazard such as overwork, stress and etc. From these harmful factors and industrial accident, we are required to put on working clothes at site. The thesis suggested some solutions to improve institutional and systemic problems of working clothes for construction workers currently. First of all, the industrial safety and health acts are needed to amend because it is biased toward working clothes from the viewpoint of systemic and professional safety management and personal protection equipments. To construction workers at site, the working clothes which is the nearest adjacent environment and have to put on over 10 hours a day is not simply clothes and should be studied on the functional aspect to protect themselves against dangers. In this research, I conducted questionnaire survey to workers for awareness of working clothes, the level of awareness of its colors and effects on work efficiency depends on work time and then I carried out a filed experiment in confines space on the basis of the result of survey. Through this experiment, I intend to propose standards to maintain work efficiency and secure safety of workers establishing the foundation to be aware of a colors of working clothes surely.
