Third,a learning managementsystem (LMS)through which userscan offervariousfunctionsforlearning and userinterface thatisconvenientinusingshouldbeprovided. Fourth,interactive education contents thatcan secure mutual relations between educators and learners that are the most important element in web-based education and that can help learners effectively accepteducation contents,instead ofsimply conveyinginformation. Finally,contentsshouldbedesignedconsidering system-related partsofu-Learning. In addition, information literacy service models reflecting openness, diversity, flexibility, publicness, excellence and circularityareproposedforwomeninformationliteracy. First,education based on u-Learning should haveopennessso that allpeople can receive education regardless of time and space. Second, there should be diversity to provide various and specializededucationalprogramsthroughu-Learning. Third,informationliteracyservicebasedonflexibleu-Learning should be provided to develop a curriculum and teaching and learning methodssatisfying socialandtechnicalchangesinorder ix tobeadaptableintherapidlychangingubiquitoussociety. Fourth,there should be publicness to strengthen socialequity through sharing and creating knowledge forsocialdevelopment andintegration.
