The scope and methodology of this study is to examine St. Paul’s mission, literatures as well as his journey through his mission. According to the New Testament, Cheaper 28, St. Paul’s mission was briefly recorded into two parts; the time frame is Paul arrived to Roma after the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the death. For the first part, it was recorded in Chapter 1 to Chapter 12, the Church in Jerusalem was formed by Holy Spirit and the mission through Peter’s Gospel was recorded. For the second part it started from Chapter 13 to the last chapter, it was recorded Paul worked missions from Antioch to Roma. This study is mainly focus on the second part. This is about how Paul planned his mission and the guidance to Paul’s life by Holy Spirit through mission. The methodology of mission and how he guided to ministry by Holy Spirit was also examined. Furthermore, how’s Paul’s mission though ministry to gather the fruit of Gospel. Hence, the knowledge of mission guided by God which was not able to get across, but it got across from the Gospel. Paul’s mission, which is the mission belongs to God, faces to God and for God. Paul thoroughly abandoned the common sense, the righteous and the knowledge was found from Jesus. Paul was a witness of Jesus’ resurrection and the mission worked in the country of Jesus’ resurrection. This is what he received through the Holy Spirit, the fruit of wisdom.
