In this study, 25 plots were set up to understand the flora and vegetation structure of Gyeongnam National University of Science and Technology Experiment Forest. The Species diversity(H´) of investigated groups were ranged from 0.4070 to 1.1321. In flora survey, Pteridophyte was classified 6 families, 7 genus, 7 species 1 varieties, 8 taxonomic group; Gymnosperm was classified 2 families, 3 genus, 5 species, 5 taxonomic group; Angiosperm was classified 79 families, 182 genus, 230 species, 4 subspecies, 18 varieties, 7 forma; a total of 87 families, 192 genus, 242 species, 4 subspecies, 19 varieties, 7 forma, 272 taxonomic group. Naturalized plant was classified 7 families, 22 genus, 24 taxonomic group. Korea endemic species was classified 6 taxonomic group. Rare plant was classified 5 taxonomic group.
