Human brain has highly complex structures and functions affected by various factors. In order to analyze human brain, many researchers have used brain volume, cortical thickness with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and brain network with diffusion tensor imaging(DTI), functional MRI. Since graph theory quantitatively show features of network, it is important tool in human brain network analysis. However existing graph theory have some drawbacks. Thus, we used electrical modeling method of brain network. In this method, every edge of network is modeled as unit resistances. Using electrical brain network model, we represented connecting degrees of each brain regions as resistance distances. We also calculated current betweenness centrality of each regions to find hub-node. In this paper, we analysis 38 healthy subject’s brain networks using high angular resolution diffusion image(HARDI) obtained from Human Connectome Project(HCP). Electrical network modeling is compared with existing graph theories such as shortest pathlength and shortest pathlength betweenness centrality. We show that the mean resistance distance of human brain network has significant gender differences at the 1% significance level, even though sparsity was changed. More over hub nodes using current betweenness centrality were more than 70% consistent with hub nodes using existing shortest pathlength betweenness centrality. We also found brain regions with significant gender differences using current betweenness centrality.
