With the increase of global competition and the development of communication technology, international companies have to build production network and service international outsourcing to improve enterprise competitiveness. And as a new mode of trade, service international outsourcing has gradually become the new engine which drives the global economic growth. In addition, because of its high added value, less pollution, strong ability of absorbing labor etc, service international outsourcing has a profound influence on a country's employment and economic. However, there are some reports that service international outsourcing was the reason of job loss. Therefore, the article focuses on the effect of service international outsourcing in China to the employment, in order to analyze whether it would be benefit to country, whether there is a certain relationship between them, and what kind of relationship is. Finally, put forward relevant policy suggestions on the basis of empirical research. This paper makes an empirical study to further determine the degree of correlation between service international outsourcing and employment. The foundation of the employment demand in this paper is pushed by Cobb-Douglas production function. The research model includes four variables, such as salary, capital stock, output value and outsourcing rate, and a dependent variable, labor. The result shows that service international outsourcing is helpful for the improvement of manufacturing industry's employment. However service international outsourcing has a negative role in service industry's employment. Above all, government should reasonably limited service international outsourcing and incentive measures to encourage the development of service industry.
