The Effect of Characteristics of Educational Training affecting of Education Performance and Adaptability to Field

This Study aims to assess the effective factors of human resources development through work - learning system.
In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, 285 copies of the questionnaire structuralized on the basis of the preceding researches was used in the survey for the analysis.
The results of the analysis can be summarized as follows.
Firstly, factor analysis was attempted by using SPSS on the basis of the 285 copies of questionnaires used in the survey. As the results of the analysis, the variables of human resources development through work and learning dual system were found to be 7 conceptual variables, including (1) student characteristics, (2) designing of educational course, (3) environmental characteristics, (4) support of the senior staff of organization, (5) support of fellow workers, (6) educational performances and (7) adaptability to field.
This, in comparison to the existing preceding researches, shows the difference that the factors of the characteristics of educational training of the work and learning dual system is categorized into educational course design and teaching characteristics, while the factors of environmental characteristics are categorized into the support of the senior staff of organization and support of fellow workers.
Secondly, hypothesis was tested by setting the structural model for the effect of the determining factors of human resources development on the educational performances and adaptability to field through the work and learning dual system with (1) student characteristics, (2) designing of educational course, (3) environmental characteristics, (4) support of the senior staff at work and (5) support of fellow workers as the dependent variables, (6) educational performances as the parameter, and (7) adaptability to field as the dependent variable on the basis of the preceding researches.
The hypothesis was set in the structural relationship in which the student characteristics, designing of educational course, environmental characteristics, support of the senior staff of organization and support of fellow workers affect the educational performances with the ensuing effect of educational performances on the adaptability to field.
As the results of the testing of the hypothesis, although the support of fellow workers was found to affect the educational performances in the overall work and learning dual system and detached company type among the overall work and learning dual system, detached company type and joint training center types, support of the senior staff of organization does not affect the educational performances. Therefore, although the support of the fellow workers is important in order for work and learning dual system to successfully realize performances, the findings imply that the role of the senior staffs of the organization, from the perspective of the senior member of the organization, of consulting the successors on the education to elevate the work performances, education on the method of applying duties and specific work goals, etc. needs to be fortified continuously.
Moreover, in the detached company type and the joint training center types among the overall work and learning dual system, detached company type and joint training center types, while the environmental characteristics affect the educational performances, designing of educational course was found to impart no influence on the educational performances. Therefore, the findings imply that it is desirable to execute more systematic and professional field education although there are a lot to be learned through ardent lectures with focus on the work experiences in order for work and learning dual system to achieve educational performances.
Lastly, it was found that the educational performances of the work and learning dual system impart substantial influence on the adaptability to field. Therefore, it is analyzed that there is a need to progress the system of the education with the work and learning dual system applied in the format of professional degree course or professional qualification certificate class, etc. at the government level in the future.

Therefore, the findings imply that it is desirable to execute more systematic and professional field education although there are a lot to be learned through ardent lectures with focus on the work experiences in order for work and learning dual system to achieve educational performances.
Lastly, it was found that the educational performances of the work and learning dual system impart substantial influence on the adaptability to field. Therefore, it is analyzed that there is a need to progress the system of the education with the work and learning dual system applied in the format of professional degree course or professional qualification certificate class, etc. at the government level in the future.
