본 연구의 목적은 일반유아와 장애유아의 숲 체험활동이 사회성 발달에 미치는 효과에 대한 분석이다.
숲 체험활동은 현대의 유아들에게 놀이와 학습을 연결시킬 수 있는 유익한 활동으로 인식되고 있다. 숲이라는 환경 속에서 유아의 감성은 풍부해지고 또래 유아들과 함께 어울리는 집단 활동을 통해 상호 배려와 협동성 등 다양한 사회성 요인들을 향상 시킬 수 있다.

The subjects of this study were consisted 12 children without disability (7 males, 5 females) and 3 children with disabilities (1 male, 2 females) who were registered in the kindergarten located in Seoul. Total of 12 sessions forest experience activity were treated once a week from August 31 to December 12 in 2015. To examine the effects of inclusive forest activity, Social Maturity Scale and social ability test modified by Kim(1988) was administered and t-test was used to contrast pre and post test in the variances of cooperactivity, autonomy, understandability for others, and peer interaction. Also, the children with disabilities were observed in their behaviors related to one of the three variables designed by Single Subject Research method. Additionally, parents’ interview was administered after program treatment.
The results of this study were as follows: The significant differences between pre and post test results in cooperactivity, autonomy, and understandability for others were found in both of the children with and without disability. In the separated Single subject method for the children with disabilities, the positive behavioral changes were found in understandability for others, autonomy, and cooperactivity. Finally, the parents’ interview also supportive to the positive changes of the behavior in the children with disabilities.
