The objectives of my analysis lie in investigating how teachers perceive environmental education and what their pro-environmental attitude is like, as well as what difference infants’ ages make in their attitude toward environment. The research tasks are set as follows. First, how do teachers understand infants’ environment education? Second, what do teachers’ pro-environmental educational attitudes look like? Third, what difference would infant teachers’ background make in their pro-environmental attitudes? Fourth, what environment attitudes do infants have in accordance with their ages? The research subjects are 150 teachers and infants in child-care facilities per region, respectively in Incheon, Gyeonggi, and Seoul, while the study was conducted from April 10, 2017 thru April 24, 2017. The data collected to examine teachers' perception of environmental education and infants' environmental attitudes were statistically processed with the SPSS 24.0 statistical program. The Cronbach's alpha was measured to see the level of confidence for the measurement tools; a frequency and multiple response frequency, to see how teachers understand environmental education for infants and with what attitudes and what attitudes infants have according to their ages; and one-way ANOVA, to see how pro-environmental teachers are depending on their backgrounds. The results of my study are summarized as follows. First, teaches resonate to a great degree with the need to teach infants about environments, and see the need because the kids can experience environmental education through practical experiences and practices in ordinary living. The content domains that teachers perceive as important to infants for their environmental education are ordered, by importance, natural environments, environmental pollution, and environmental preservation and relevant policies, whereas those that they do not perceive so include industrialization, urbanization, population, and sustainable development, as given in this order. This implies that the education of sustainable development, a prominent topic discussed in the international arena, is something that we should work for to enjoy sustainable living in the future. Second, the reference materials that the teachers use for their environmental education include audio-visual aids, materials from Internet sites, and printed materials, while they complain they have difficulty in environment education choosing proper tools that suit the different levels of infantile development. They also point out problems in implementing the teaching include teaching tools/materials, activity data, reference materials, etc. This points towards a need to develop and distribute PPT data, multi-media, video materials, audio sources, etc. as well as a need to share information on educational programs to discover quality teaching cases and promote research activities to further the environmental education of infants. Third, most teachers were found to have had experience with environmental activities and teaching on this topic. However, most of them did not participate in fieldwork for such environmental topics as environmental preservation, training sessions, practical trainings, parent meetings or conferences for pro-environmental practices, readings on relevant topics, etc. They had above-average sensitivity to environmental issues, while their pro-environmental attitudes were about average. Fourth, teachers has about average attitude towards educational evaluation. This contrasts with their high-level attitude towards recycling of paper and other goods, willingness to take inconveniences for pro-environmental practices, and active care for plants and animals. They point out that a good practical way for better pro-environmental education is activity data for such training, actual experience-oriented trainings, cooperation among co-teachers and environment-friendly atmosphere in child care units. Fifth, all environmental factors other than teachers' educational background, including age, work places, careers, age levels in care, and concern for infant environment education, contribute to how environment-friendly they are in their educational attitude. Infants' ages make little difference in teachers' educational attitudes.
