This paper proposes and implements RTOS porting and an RTOS system driver model, and provides a system driver interface to solve common methods required for driver implementation. In addition, system driver development, Modbus protocol implementation, and Internet protocol porting are performed to develop a single system platform. Now, in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, a smart factory advanced industry is being developed. Through such upgrading, a system for managing a variety of information in an integrated manner can be created at a high cost. However, using MODBUS RTU and TCP / IP protocols, which are industry standard, shortens development time and reduces maintenance cost. When porting an OS to a microcomputer, various tasks can be easily realized by ensuring the independence among the tasks in a multi-thread environment. In the 4th Industrial Revolution, OS porting system driver model development, internet protocol porting, and the MODBUS RTU protocol, which is mainly used in the existing 3rd Industrial PLC, have been ported to improve portability between the 3rd and 4th Industries. The data is stored continuously in the database and the future utilization of big data is considered. Increased portability between the 3rd and 4rd Industries keeps data in the database while communicating with the server separately. In addition, it enables data collection through wired and wireless networks for IOT, and supports IOT information, big data, industry standard protocols, TCP / IP, and OS. By designing systems in accordance with forecasted development of the 4th Industry, standard protocols have been developed so that even if devices such as the PLC and sensor are changed, they can be easily ported. By using an 8-bit 16Mhz microcomputer, 8-bit 16Mhz microcontrollers are able to perform various tasks, thus improving the efficiency of use compared to existing systems.
