This research conducted analysis on influential factors for business specialized high school students in deciding their career path using survey data performed with two schools in different regions with factors of parents' support for career, teachers' support for employment and employment support from school. A total of 438 male/female juniors from Business High School A located in a mid and large-sized city (292) and Business High School B located in a small-sized city (146). The survey was about factors affecting career path for high school graduates; 'parents' advice for career path' and 'parents' awareness of employment of high school graduates' were analyzed for factors of parents' support for career; 'employment guidance by teachers' and 'teachers' effort for guidance' for factors of teachers' support for employment; and 'employment support from school' for employment support from school. As a result, 'parents' awareness of employment of high school graduates' among factors of parents' career path; 'employment guidance by teachers' and 'teachers' effort for guidance' among factors of teachers' support for employment; and 'employment support from school' among factors of employment support from school were shown to have positive effects in deciding career path. But 'parents' advice for career path' had negative effects in deciding career path. The Binary logistic regression analysis with the assumption that all factors affect at the same time revealed that 'parents' advice for career path' had negative effects in deciding career path, while 'parents' awareness of employment of high school graduates' showed positive effects. For teachers' employment support, 'employment guidance by teachers' and 'teachers' effort for guidance' had none effects in deciding career path, but 'employment support from school' showed positive effects when it comes to employment support from school. The negative effects of 'parents' advice for career path' on decision of career path result from parents' awareness that children need to go to college to achieve success; it was revealed that most parents have negative cognitions on employment of high school graduates. Survey with parents on the reasons of sending their children who go to a business specialized high school to college showed that very few considered the students' aptitude; most of them expected attending college would help their children get a better job and avoid discrimination against high school graduates. Parents in large cities showed more desire for their children to go to college than parents in small cities. This research delivers the following implications: for business specialized high school students to decide their career path after graduation, it is required for teachers and schools to help them land a decent job and develop job-hunting skills by providing continuous and useful employment guidance and support. As parents' cooperation and support affect their decision of career, parents need to have positive awareness of employment of high school graduates. For this, continuous communication is necessary for parents to trust school. Moreover, it is required for schools to maintain cooperative relationships with local companies that have good benefits for employees so that parents can change their awareness that jobs for high school graduates are under poor condition and create job opportunities connected with students' majors.
