Several stress-strain models for hyperelastic materials such as rubber have been proposed for decades. In this study, some of well known constitutive equations for rubberlike incompressible and nonlinear hyperelastic materials were reviewed. These models are based on strain invariants and principal stretches. We have studied representative models and compared them with experimental values of Treloar’s unfilled natural rubber test datas and commercial natural rubber filled with carbon-black. Generally, uniaxial tensile tests are performed only because of constraints and difficulties in biaxial tensile tests. In this reason, we have attempted to find a way to predict equivalent biaxial stress-strain relations using parameters based on measurements at uniaxial extension. Currently, in most cases it is tested at ASTM standard speed for uniaxial tensile test, but it is hard to regard it as a quasi-static state. The effect of viscosity was found in actual experiments. In this study, we proposed a constitutive equation considering viscoelasticity by combining dynamic viscoelasticity data and uniaxial extension test data. Specifically, we have studied equations such as Kelvin-Voigt model, which adds a viscous term to the existing hyperelastic constitutive equations. And then, using the uniaxial tensile test data of commercial filled natural rubber, the Mooney-Rivlin and Ogden models were verified with the original equations and corrected equations. Between the two calibration models, the Ogden correction model was close to the experimental value.
