The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the employment education program implemented by the Gwangju Education Office Employment Support Center on the job search ability of the students who completed the education and how the commitment of the students participating in the employment education program, I try to understand the effect of education by comparing and analyzing it. In order to accomplish these research objectives, we conducted a preliminary study on the employment education programs of the specialization high school students, and conducted a questionnaire survey on the personal characteristics, employment education program satisfaction, job commitment, and attitude toward the graduates of the specialization high schools in Gwangju area. In order to analyze the collected data, the research results were derived using SPSS statistical program.
The subjects of this study were students who received job training at the Gwangju Education Employment Support Center, and those students who had completed the employment education at the Gwangju Employment Support Center during the vacation among Gwangju special school and meister high school students.
This research will be composed of 5 sections as follows.
Chapter 1 presents the necessity and purpose of this study as an introduction, and the contents and method of research. Chapter 2 examines the theoretical background of the research topic, which is the core theme of this study, and conducts the preceding research. Chapter 3 sets up the questionnaires to present sample setting, data collection and analysis methods, and to show the scope and definition of specific variables. In Chapter 4, the hypothesis is verified through the empirical analysis and the results are summarized. Finally, Chapter 5 summarizes the results of the analysis, suggests suggestions and suggests the research.
1. The effect of job training program on job search ability
In the increasing trend of specialization, the employment education program to increase the employment rate of the students has a positive effect on the students' job search ability overall. In the order of higher level of improvement in job search competence, job search communication ability (0.80), job search document preparation ability (0.80), job search information search ability (0.64), job search decision ability (0.57) Respectively.
2. Influence of the Willingness to Work, Satisfaction, and Educational Commitment on the Job Capability
Job - seeking competency was high in the group with high job commitment, educational satisfaction, and educational commitment before and after the job training program. Therefore, the higher the mediating variable, the higher the job - seeking ability before and after the training. Particularly, in the case of the ability to write a job search document and to communicate job search, the group with high willingness to work, satisfaction with education.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job training programs on students' job search competence. In addition, the degree of strengthening of job search competence according to the attitude of the attending students (willingness to work, educational satisfaction, educational commitment) as a parameter was compared and analyzed quantitatively. It is the greatest significance that I learned quantitatively how the employment education program that was implemented in the present study influences students' job search ability.
In particular, the statistical results showed that the ability to communicate job search and write job documents was most effective through the employment education program, so that the importance of developing the two skills in the short - term job training program was objectively verified.
