Analysis of carcass yield grade by slaughter age showed that as slaughter age increased, rate of C grade increased and rate of A grade decreased. This trend has become clear as the years go by. Analysis of carcass yield grade by slaughter season indicated the highest rate of A grade in summer. From 2014 to 2016, the rate of A grade decreased over the years to approximately 28%, 24% and 21%, respectively. On the other hand, the rate of C grade was the highest in winter, with the ratio increasing over the years to about 31%, 34% and 36%, respectively.
