Along with the fourth industrial revolution, there are various discussions on future environmental technology and environmental issues, and there is growing interest in environmental issues. Among various environmental issues, organic biomass using sewage sludge and cattle manure was dumped in the oceans in the past. However, with the London Convention coming into effect, marine emissions have become no longer possible, and the continued increase in biomass is causing problems to be dealt with. Therefore, this study investigated the characteristics of biochar, produced by using sewage sludge and under which can be easily obtained in the surrounding environment and can be mass-produced, and evaluated the possibility of treating environment-friendly as well as dealing with climate change as a soil conditioner. As a result of basic surface and composition analysis of before and after of production of blended biochar with sewage sludge, cattle manure, possibility to utilize organic waste as soil conditioner is found, proved by an increase of carbon content during biochar production. The pH of the blended biochar was slightly acidic at 6.28 and corresponded to a higher qualified grade of 6.0 to 6.5. The mixing ratio of Standard Sand with the biochar was about 1% ∼ 2% which is the most efficient, high qualified level according to soil evaluation. The blended biochar was higher qualified level in soil evaluation which investigate calcium carbonate (Ca2+), potassium (K+), magnesium (Mg2+), CEC and total nitrogen than the soil mixed with blended biochar and Standard Sand as a result of exchangeable cation, cation exchange capacity, total nitrogen. In the case of available phosphate, blended biochar was much higher than 200 mg / kg, which is a higher standard of soil evaluation. In the case of soil mixed with Standard Sand and biochar, the mixture ratio of 2% was the most efficient out of 1% ∼ 5%, higher qualified level of soil evaluation. Therefore, the most efficient ratio of biochar production using sewage sludge and cow manure was 2%.
