본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그림책에 기초한 통합적 인권교육 활동은 기본적 권리, 평등의 권리, 자유의 권리, 경제적 권리, 정치적 권리, 사회적 권리 등 인권관련태도를 전반적으로 향상시켰다. 둘째, 그림책에 기초한 통합적 인권교육 활동은 가치 부여적 사고, 규범적 사고, 정서적 사고, 감정 이입적 사고, 행동적 사고 등 유아의 배려적 사고를 전반적으로 향상시켰다. 셋째, 그림책에 기초한 통합적 인권교육 활동은 개인정서 조절능력, 대인관계 형성능력, 학교 적응능력 등 유아의 친사회적 행동을 전반적으로 향상시켰다.

The subjects of this study were 47 children of 5 years old of age in two classes at kindergarten in Gunsan, South Korea. 23 of one class took part in the experimental group and 24 of another class took part in the control group. Both groups were similar in socioeconomic status. Integrated human rights education activities based on picture books tales were designed by researcher. In order to assess young children's human rights perception, 'The Test of Attitudes toward Human Rights', developed by Kim Suk-ja, Kim Hyeon-jeong and Jang Yun-jeong (2008), was used. In order to assess young children's considerate thinking, The Observation Scale of Young Children's Considerate Thinking for Teachers', designed by Lee Chun-hui (2007) on the basis of 'The Types and Features of Considerate Thinking' proposed by Lipman (2003), was used. and In order to assess young children's pro-social behavior. 'The Test of pro-social behavior', developed by Lee, Mi-na and Baek, Hyun-ok(2015), was used. After a review of previous research, the study was conducted over a total of 18 weeks. This included composition of integrated human rights education, preliminary study, researcher training, preliminary inspection, a teacher training pretest, the experimental treatment and a post-test. The experimental treatment was conducted with the experimental group over 12 weeks from April 2 to July 6, 2018. Integrated human rights education activities based on picture books of this study were designed by researcher based on Seo Jeong-eun (2000) and Lee Ji-yeon (2016). The feasibility of the activity was identified through a week-long preliminary study. Activities were organized on a weekly basis using picture books related to human rights education, which can be linked to the theme of living in the Nuri course. In other words, it was composed of listening and discussion of fairy tales, game and expression activities (one of art/body/theatrical), sharing and evaluation. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 program. The t-test was performed on the increase in the scores of the pre-post test scores of the experimental group and the control group. The results of the study are as follows. First, integrated human rights education activities based on picture books improved the young children's human rights attitude. That is, it has had a positive effects on all sub-area of human rights attitude of the children in the experimental group(basic right, right to freedom, economic right, political right, social right). Second, integrated human rights education activities based on picture books improved the young children's considerate thinking. That is, it has had a positive effects on all sub-area of considerate thinking of the children in the experimental group(appreciative thinking, normative thinking, emotional thinking, empathy thinking, behavioral thinking). Third, integrated human rights education activities based on picture books improved the young children's pro-social behavior. That is, it has had a positive effects on all sub-area of pro-social behavior of the children in the experimental group(ability to control individual emotion, ability to form interpersonal relationship, ability to adapt to school).
