The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effects of leisure culture activities on the quality of life of the elderly in the elderly and to examine the indirect effects of ego-resilience and leisure commitment on the quality of life of the elderly. And to derive action agreements through policy intervention. The subjects of this study were 613 elderly people in 13 elderly welfare facilities located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon metropolitan areas. After the questionnaire was collected, 83 questionnaires were excluded from the analysis. Therefore, the final analysis was based on 530 questionnaires. For the hypothesis test according to the theoretical model of this study, SPSS 22.0 version was used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and AMOS 22.0 of IBM was used for structural equation analysis. The analysis of this study first analyzed the frequency and descriptive statistics of the sociodemographic variables and the variables to be included in the model and conducted a reliability test to see if the items measured in the questionnaire were consistently measured. In addition, confirmatory factors analysis, which is a previous step of the analysis of the structural equation model, confirmed that the subordinate variables are tied to the upper factors to be examined. After the analysis of the structural equation, we examined the direct effect and the indirect effect through path analysis after the whole model fit test. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the frequency analysis of the sociodemographic variables showed that the male elderly participants accounted for 44.9% of the total 238, and the female elderly participants accounted for about 55.1% of the total 292 elderly participants. In terms of age, 105 elderly participants (aged 60 to 65 years) accounted for 19.8% of all participants, and 215 elderly participants aged 66-70 represented about 40.6%. The number of elderly participants aged 71 to 75 was 153, accounting for 28.9%. There were 57 participants, aged 76 and over, accounting for 10.8% of the total. According to education level, 126 students were absent students, accounting for 23.9% of the total, while 168 students (31.8%) graduated from elementary schools only. The proportion of elderly students who graduated from junior high school alone was 123 (23.3%), and that of high school graduates was 65 (12.3%). The number of students graduating from college was 46, accounting for 8.7% of the total. 285 respondents (54%) answered that their spouse is by their side and 243 (46%) did not have a spouse. The total income / pocket money level was less than 200,000 won in total, 243 persons accounted for 45.9%, and 168 persons accounted for 31.8% between 210,000 won and 400,000 won. 73 cases were between 400,000 won and 600,000 won, which constituted 13.8% of the total. In the case of over 610,000 won, 45 people accounted for 8.5%. 53.6% of the participating elderly people did not have a job, and 46.4% had a job. First, the average difference among the main variables according to sex was found to be higher in male elderly than female elderly in participation intensity, participation frequency, and behavior commitment factors. On the other hand, in the affirmative case, the average of female elderly was higher than that of male elderly. The average difference of major variables according to education level showed that mean difference between no school and high school was significant in the participation period and the participation intensity of the elderly with more than middle school graduation was significantly higher in participation intensity. In addition, the frequency of participation increased as the level of education overall increased. Participation duration, participation intensity, participation frequency, self-regulation, interpersonal relationship average of participant elderly people were found to increase with increasing academic level. The average difference of the main variables according to the presence or absence of the spouse was higher in the self-control, interpersonal relationship, affirmative, family and neighbors relationship with the spouse. The average difference of major variables according to the presence or absence of occupation showed positive and self-esteem when occupied, and difficulty in behavior immersion, emotional state, and economic life when there was no occupation. The average difference of the main variables according to the income / pocket money level is the average cognitive immersion score of the elderly receiving income / pocket money of 400,000 won or less in terms of cognitive commitment, The average behavioral commitment score of the elderly receiving income / allowance of 210,000 ~ 400,000 won is lower than that of the elderly who are receiving income / allowance of 410,000 ~ 600,000 won. In terms of cognitive commitment, cognitive commitment of elderly people aged 60 ~ 65 was significantly higher than that of elderly people aged 76 ~ 90. In terms of emotional state, The emotional state average of the elderly over 76 years was significantly higher than that of the emotional state. In addition, the overall score of family and neighbors showed a tendency to decrease as the age group increased. In terms of physical condition and function, the average score of physical condition and function of physical condition of the elderly aged 60 ~ 65 was the highest, followed by 71 ~ 75 years old and 76 ~ 80 years old with decreasing age Respectively. In addition, the economic life score tended to decrease as the age group increased. The descriptive statistics of the main variables of this study are as follows. Participants' average leisure time was about 6 months to 1 year. In the case of participation intensity of leisure activities, the average of less than once per week was found. The frequency of participation in leisure activities was found to be less than one hour on average. The mean scores of self-regulation and self - control were 2.61 and 2.64, respectively. Self-regulation and interpersonal relationship were the sub - factors of self-regulation. 3.23 and 3.7 respectively. Also, the emotional state, which is the sub - factor of quality of life, was 2.61, family neighbors 3.05, physical condition and function 3.11, economic life 2.78, and self esteem 2.73. The direct and indirect effects of hypotheses tested in this study are as follows. Leisure cultural activities showed a significant positive impact on quality of life (.386) (P <.001). This can be interpreted that as the leisure culture activity increases, the quality of life improves. Leisure cultural activities had a significant positive effect on leisure commitment (.450) (p <.001). In other words, as the leisure culture activity increased, the leisure participation increased. Also, leisure culture activities showed positive correlation with ego-resilience (.514) (p <.001). This means that as the leisure culture activity increases, the ego-resilience of the elderly is significantly improved. Leisure involvement significantly improved quality of life (.344) (p <.001). Ego resilience also showed a statistically (.761) correlation with quality of life (p <.001). The indirect effects of leisure culture activities on quality of life through ego-resilience were significant at .230 and .001. In other words, it can be interpreted that leisure culture activity affects ego-resilience, which again has a statistically significant effect on quality of life. In addition, the effect of leisure culture activities on the quality of life through leisure commitment was also .031 meaningful at significance level .001. This suggests that leisure culture activities increase the level of leisure participation and that the improvement of quality of life is achieved through leisure participation. The suggestion of this study is as follows. First, it is necessary to clarify the nutritional relationship between leisure culture activity and ego-resilience. Second, continuous research is needed to develop various programs for the elderly 's ego-resilience and to prove their effectiveness. Third, continuous follow-up study on leisure commitment is needed to improve the quality of life of the elderly in old age. Fourth, there is a need for continuous follow-up research through the ego-resilience and leisure commitment in leisure culture activities and quality of life in elderly as well as other subjects. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of leisure activities of elderly people on the quality of life of elderly people by using sampled data and to provide information that can be generalized for the rapidly aging society and to improve the quality of life of the elderly through policy intervention It is meaningful to have concluded an action agreement for.
