This study aims to identify the structural relationship among Separation-Individuation, Self-Concept Clarity, Social Support and Career Resilience of University Students. For this purpose, 266 data samples were collected from the university students currently enrolled in Kyungsangnam-do Province, and measured by Separation-Individuation Scale(SIS), Self-Concept Clarity Scale(SCC), Social Support Scale(SSS) and Career Resilience Scale(CRS). SPSS 21.0, Amos 21.0 and Sobel test were used for data analysis, including descriptive statistics, correlations, evaluation of structural equation model and mediating effects. Results showed that as follows: First, separation-individuation, self-concept clarity and social support had a significant static correlations with career resilience. Second, self-concept clarity had significant mediating effect between separation-individuation and career resilience. Third, social support had significant mediating effect between separation-individuation and career resilience. The results of this study proved that the separation-individuation, self-concept clarity and social support of university students are variables that significantly affect career resilience. In addition, the mediated effects of self-concept clarity and social support were identified in the relationship between separation-individuation and career resilience. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were discussed.
