Existing dishwasher detergents use strong bases such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide as raw materials, resulting in safety, corrosion, and environmental problems. CR-100, a product developed through this study, uses enzymes and non-crosslinked polycarboxylic acids or salts thereof as main cleaning materials, and sorbitol and propylene glycol account for more than 98% of the total detergent composition. The mixture was used under a temperature condition and a humidity condition of 60 ± 30% RH so as to have a viscosity of 50 cP or less to have the following availability. By adding the ability to maintain the cleaning power with the high storage stability of the enzyme, the cleaning power is equivalent to or better than the existing strong base detergent, without the use of strong base material, safe for the operator to handle, does not cause the machine corrosion, It is characterized in that the viscosity is reduced to enable the transfer to the dispenser or pump by reducing the bubble generation. The availability of this excellent commercial dishwasher detergent was proved through the test report of KRIMI's self-evaluation and Korea Testing & Research Institute.
