세 종류의 cosolvent를 기반으로 CB drop time에 따라 PeLEDs 소자를 제작한 결과 PL 특성과 마찬가지로 1초의 drop time 차이만으로도 소자 성능에 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였으며 cosolvent 종류에 따라 소자 성능에 최적화된 drop time에 차이가 있었다.

In this study, we fabricated quasi 2D perovskite light emitting diodes (PeLEDs) based on PEA 2 MA n 1 Pb n Br 3n+1 (PEA = C 6 H 6 C 2 H 4 NH 3 , MA = CH 3 NH 3 ) via o ne step spin coating method. In order to improve the luminous efficiency of quasi 2D perovskite films, two solution processing approaches were tried to control phase distribution in quasi 2D perovskite film. First, quasi 2D perovskite films were prepared using two types of anti solvent chlorobenzene (CB) and diethyl ether (DE) based on DMF + DMSO co solvent. The optical characteristics were analyzed through UV Vis absorption spectrum and photo luminescence (PL) spectrum. As a result, it was found that the quasi 2D perovskite film fabricated with CB had about 40 times higher PL intensity than the film fabricated with DE. This difference is thought to be due to the relatively dominating large n ph ases in the films fabricated with DE when considering the position of the onset point and the slope of the edge in the absorption spectrum. Second, quasi 2D perovskite films and PeLEDs were fabricated with different drop time of anti solvent CB based on th ree types of co solvents: DMF + DMSO, DMF + NMP and DMF + THTO. UV Vis absorption spectrum, PL spectrum, and XRD patterns were characterized to investigate the luminous efficiency, phase distribution, and crystallinity of quasi 2D perovskite films. Even onl y one second of the drop time difference, the fabricated films were affected on PL intensity. Along with, it was confirmed that the characteristics of large n phases close to the properties of 3D MAPbBr 3 were suppressed with increasing PL intensity. It is considered that the change of the phase distribution due to the formation of the small n phase increases the luminous efficiency. Quasi 2D PeLEDs also fabricated with different CB drop times based on three types of co solvents, it was confirmed that the drop time difference of even only one second had great influence on device performance. We also found that there was a difference in the optimized CB drop time for device performance depending on the types of co solvent. Finally, we obtained the high performance quasi 2D PeLEDs with maximum brightness up to 28060 cd/m 2 , current efficiency up to 12.8 cd/A and external quantum efficiency up to 3.47 % when quasi 2D PeLEDs were fabricated with DMF + NMP co solvents for optimized anti solvent CB drop time.
