In today's residential architecture, the interest and demands of residents seeking a pleasant and healthy life are increasing in the paradigm of sustainable architecture that emerged as the buzzword of the 21st century. In this flow of architecture, the elements of the indoor environment of a residence are recognized as one of the most important factors affecting the quality of life of residents. For this reason, the importance of evaluating the indoor environment for improving the indoor living environment of residents and for eco-friendly building plans is becoming more and more important. In this study, the indoor environment that has the greatest influence on the quality of life of residents among the various evaluation items of green building certification for apartments is about 20 years after the establishment and implementation of the'Green Building Certification Standard' in Korea. It is necessary to focus on analysis. To this end, the domestic and foreign eco-friendly building certification system was compared and analyzed in the indoor environment field to identify the differences of each system, and a case analysis was conducted for apartments. The purpose of this study was to analyze the evaluation method for each indoor environment evaluation item, to derive problems, and to suggest improvement measures. The following results were obtained through this procedure.
First, the domestic eco-friendly certification system, unlike the international eco-friendly certification system, excludes the light environment evaluation, and evaluates only the air environment, warm environment, and sound environment. In order to determine whether this evaluation system is appropriate, a questionnaire was applied to certified experts applying AHP (hierarchical decision-making method). As a result of the survey, the importance of the evaluation field considered by experts is shown in the order of air environment, sound environment, light environment, and warm environment. This was different from the current evaluation field, and it was confirmed that it is necessary to reorganize the standards and add a light environment. Second, in order to derive new entry evaluation items in the thermal and light environment fields, comparisons were made to the evaluation items of the foreign certification system and through the expert survey, the necessity of introducing the evaluation items of the foreign certification system was analyzed and presented. In addition, the priority of the survey results was judged and the items most needed to be introduced were suggested. Third, through comparison of domestic and foreign eco-friendly building certification system and case analysis by apartment green building certification grade, results of comparison of indoor environment evaluation item score distribution were derived. As a result, most of the nine items evaluating the indoor environment were found to have insufficient discrimination power, which confirmed that the evaluation criteria need to be strengthened. In addition, an AHP questionnaire was conducted for experts to quantitatively verify the importance of indoor environment evaluation items, synthesize opinions on item improvement measures, draw results, and suggest improvement measures.
This study reaffirmed the importance of the indoor environment field in the eco-friendly building certification system, and presented problems and needs for improvement through comparison of certification systems in each country and case analysis by certification level. In addition, it is meaningful in that it is possible to look at ways to improve indoor environment evaluation standards through the AHP survey of related experts. Based on the results of this study, it is judged that it can be used as the basic data for future certification improvement plan research. Is required. Furthermore, since detailed criteria and detailed guidelines for evaluation items are required in the field, it is considered that continuous research should be conducted.
